Yoga For Parents
Mom & Baby Yoga
Connect with your new mama community as well as your pelvic floor and core. You’ll stretch tight shoulders and safely and effectively integrate yoga into your postpartum body. Classes are for pre-crawling babies and include some infant
Share the gift of mindful movement with your children. Develop balance, coordination, focus, release stress, and gain confidence through fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. This is a great class for families with children ages 1-5. (Babies welcome)
Yoga For Your Core
This class is open to all women but not recommended for pregnancy. It will begin with visualization and exercises to connect with your deepest core muscles and will move into a challenging flow after the core is activated. Learn proper alignment, build strength, and encourage flexibility while releasing mental stress and bodily tension. Postpartum women should wait 4 weeks after birth (6 weeks after caesarean) to attend this class.
Deepen your knowledge of yoga in this alignment-based flow class. Build strength, flexibility, focus, and stamina to promote healing and wellness. This class is for all women but not appropriate for pregnancy. Postnatal women should wait 10-12 weeks after birth before attending.
Pods are our way of supporting you as you balance parenting, work, family, community demands, and your own wellness.
Our Pods are made up of 10-20 moms doing life together. Podmembers gather online for yoga, guided conversation, mindfulness and parenting tools, and friendship. Pods include 3-4 yoga classes/week with the same two teachers as well as monthly connection circles, occasional outdoor yoga classes, and discounts on workshops.

Ab Rehab: Semi-Private Physical Therapy

Ab Rehab is a postpartum rehabilitation class taught by a licensed women’s health physical therapist and designed to heal abdominal separations, treat incontinence, strengthen postnatal core weakness and learn invaluable information that every woman should learn after having a baby.
Sleep 101 for 0-12 months

Information overload on the topic of sleep? We have a 2-hour class taught by a sleep expert that will help you filter the information that is best for YOUR FAMILY while still holding to the scientific research on sleep. Registering for this class is registering to make a plan that will relieve pressure, debunk myths, and give your little one (and you!) more predictable and nourishing sleep.
