Pom is a team of mothers and professionals just like you, struggling to find our way through modern life. We’re in it with you and we can offer a bit of guidance on your pelvic floor, your core, your sleep schedule, and your trikonasana. Our talented teachers offer classes and workshops that just might help to keep you sane as you navigate a changing identity, how to stay healthy and balanced, and all the choices. All of them. We hope you’ll make your way into our community through a yoga class, a workshop, or our mom’s group.
